2 $TIPN I have. A lot of queries regarding tipn
I have allocation but available allowance don't decrease even after tipping 

Can you tell is everyone eligible to receive tip ? Or only specific users
I have tipped users with tipn allowance but still balance same.

Onchain startups. Farcaster app store (@farstore) and tips (@tipn)

It's weird I've also seen a lot aren't processing, @kompreni @niftytime.eth @ruminations any idea what's going on? Or are certain tips invalid because of a target user score, tip size?

Everyone is eligible to receive 

We had a few issue pop up eg at first there was a cap sensitive issue and a few users tips weren’t sending

The first issue was resolved eod yday and the latter was resolved a few mins ago 

Will continue to monitor for any more edge cases with tips not sending or balances not incrementing/decrementing, but we should be smooth sailing from here

Will we get sams allocation all 4 weeks
