Pretty happy with this being my baseline fitness on the bike. 20 miles, 278 watts, 27mph (in a pack) Cycling always comes back the fastest for me. 📊 Just scored 7 points for fitness data on @griv!

I’ve barely been riding due to health issues. But now that I’m cleared, it will be like 4-5 days a week during triathlon builds. If I’m only bike racing, it will be every day.

Heart stuff. Been out for about 4 months while they did a bunch of tests. I have some pretty wild arrhythmias. Had to rule out some really bad stuff before I could start training again
