French fintech BD Multimedia raised €1M via convertible bonds for its "BTC Treasury" plan. All funds will go into Bitcoin, with a €12 conversion price—48.1% above market rate. Dilution stays under 1%, following ACPR and PSAN rules. This marks just the start of their Bitcoin strategy.

Coinbase now supports Fartcoin (FARTCOIN) on Solana. Only send it via Solana—other networks risk losing funds. Trading starts June 12, 2025, 9 AM PT if liquidity is good. FARTCOIN-USD pairs will roll out gradually as supply grows. Some regions might have limited access.
