The Surveyors

We've just processed refunds to all 22 wallets affected by failed ponder votes. Every user whose onchain vote didn't complete but who spent USDC has been refunded.

Data transparency:
- 22 wallets affected (accounting for 1.6% of 3,324 total votes since May 17)
- All affected USDC has been returned to wallets
- Notifications sent to all affected users

We've also implemented major technical improvements behind the scenes that should reduce these issues significantly going forward, official announcement coming later today

We'll continue monitoring throughout the week to catch and refund any additional failed votes

No, this is a separate issue

We sent an automated notification and refund to users whose vote executed onchain but didn't get marked correctly on our backend

Your issue seems to be a UI bug where you didn't actually transfer any funds, just no winnings since the funds were never actually sent

i got a reply on my post from you notifying me of issue - is that the refund notification you spoke of? Other than that, no notification 

(i dont need one, just letting you know)
