Sometimes I open the fridge and just stare like I’m expecting life answers to be hiding behind the ketchup.

"Why am I here?"
Fridge: “You came for cheese, again.”
Me: “Fair.”

Honestly, adulthood is just googling how to do basic things, pretending to know what’s going on, and getting unreasonably excited about finding matching socks.
