For the $CRCS airdrop today, at least $10 in SOL was *one* of the requirements. Among users that had at least $10 in SOL, the Circus team optimized for top 1.5k users based on mix of mini app usage and onchain txns (each team picks different criteria + budget). I also included a large buffer for SOL price fluctuation

I think it should be fixed in the balance of the SOL so that even if the price fluctuates, it is considered as long as there is a certain amount, as the Farcaster team said.
