With @ethdenver 2024 in the books, here are some key takeaways and insights from the week:

From Axelar BD lead @normiejim: Bull market energy is back, and people are excited and motivated to build new decentralized applications- Modularity is all the hype with projects like @monad & @celestia 🦾

Axelar is the Web3 interoperability platform. An open stack to connect all blockchains. A single click to use and build everywhere.

Cont: Axelar is widely recognized as a Tier 1 interoperability solution, the network has proven itself through the team’s commitment to decentralization and security.

⚙️From the DevRel team: Most L2s have a potential vulnerability on the L1- they could lie about transactions at the sequencer, however Axelar's integration mitigates this problem with a more secure and decentralized path: the network bases messages on cryptographic truth at the L2 level.

💻Finally from Axelar’s favourite intern @fahimahmedx: lots of new interoperability solutions are entering the space, but there wasn’t a hub for these solutions to be presented at like last year’s Interop Summit.

The space is very exciting- with lots of proposals and work moving forward on decentralized sequencers.

@ethdenver had so much excitement from true builders. Fewer booths, more builders. It was great to get see the organizers call out in the opening session their commitment to focus on teaching, training and building.

Meaning, Axelar solves the L2 sequencer centralization problem because a state change that is verified on L2a gets transmitted to Ethereum or to L2b faithfully, without going through the centrally controlled sequencer.
