Fair point, but in my mind yerba mate is an exceptional coffee alternative due to the similar properties of theobromine. Plus it is linked to increased levels of GLP-1 so it is like drinkable Ozempic

Never seen or tried it, thanks for the tip. I see it’s cultivated in South America so perhaps that’s why it’s not well known or popular where I live. I’ve also started experimenting with this brand of paraxanthine, which is an isomer of theobromine and a metabolite of caffeine — so I can get the benefits of caffeine but skip the downsides (presumably).
