Definitely. I remember browsing /b on 4chan in 2016 (in the same way that people can’t take their eyes off a car wreck), and people were in gleeful disbelief that their Pepe memes had somehow swayed and won the election. Ten years later, 4chan is kaput and the memes come out of Capitol Hill Makes me wonder what 2035 will look like
