I've had some folks asking about $NATIVE and in short, it's doing well!
This is 100% a testament to a community of neighbors (like @moeramadan, @jdotfinn, and countless others) who believe in the massive vision of Native, as well as my ability to execute against it.
For those of you actually great at social forensics, you probably know most of this (like Deion Sanders, I'm not hard to find), but as a recap for those of you who find tracking onchain data a bit more difficult:
• Both Prints & Passports are shipped onchain smart contracts with associated interfaces that form the creative and cultural backbone of humans in Native. Both of these contracts generate transactions that generate OP Superchain rewards. Shout out to @optimism for this, as well as to @bap for the tip.
• Additional functionality for Prints is in testing this week. Assuming it works, this functionality will be shipped to mainnet for Prints first, then migrated into Passports. I find @rhynotic's work inspiring, and I'm trying to figure out what a "strategy" strategy looks like for Native that benefits all $NATIVE holders.
• Shipped an iOS & Android app earlier this year for initial feedback and some proof of concept stuff considering onchain on mobile is not easy. Feedback was generally positive from the TestFlight users, which has led to v2 which includes better onboarding and Dot Studio.
• Shipped a web alpha a few weeks ago while diagnosing some issues on mobile with the Privy team behind the scenes.
• New website was shipped a couple weeks ago helping the community explain what Native is to others. https://native.fun/
• Currently working on ███████, which will be the biggest thing shipped to date. Even larger in scope than the Native app shipped earlier this year. 😏 Working with @fffflood, @jordanisgreen.eth, and the fantastic @operatingsystem team to help make this a reality.
• I also believe that @disky.eth's ZorZound may be the first developer building on the Native primitives. This will be rewarded. :)
No one is stopping anyone from calling $NATIVE whatever they want, whenever they want. Just know that what you call it may or may not line up with reality.
Including a rug or the best thing since Jesus.
But under no circumstances, should you ever call it a comeback.
