Here is a thread for the best meal I’ve had in my life. I almost feel like calling it a meal is a disservice. It was just as much entertainment as it was food and I couldn’t speak more highly of both.

The first two items were a palate cleansing tea and eggs served in an egg shell with bacon and maple syrup.


Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The star of the second course was a mini clam chowder bread bowl with caviar. 

The third course was a scallop crudo.

The fourth course was locally harvested uni served over grits which had more maple undertones under the grits.

Then we were served bread and cultured whipped butter which had been cultured over ten years.

So many fine dining heavy hitters out in SF

It was an insane stop. Definitely want to go back one day. Am hoping to go to quince in the next year as well.
