If 75% of the Top 50 coins (excluding stablecoins and Bitcoin) outperform BTC over a 90-day period, it officially is. Right now, we’re at 47%, getting close. But don’t get too excited yet: Bitcoin might rally again between late July and early August. If that happens, expect altcoins to take a step back and start catching up by the second or third week of August.
