They test our conviction and make us face ourselves in our truest form. To achieve success, we must confront them head-on.

We must first realize that fear is an evolutionary response meant to protect us from being hurt.
However, it can also keep us in a comfortable & predictable prison. 🛡️🏠

There are different types of fear, and all are real:

fear of not being good enough 😔
