My wife has been a Pilates instructor for 12 years, now that reformer is picking up here in Scotland she’s wanting to start teaching it as there is big money on it.

Yes definitely, big hype around reformer now! But I think for a reason, the class was amazing and it felt so good afterwards. I will try to go at least once per week 🫠

She wanted to do it years ago but it wasn’t a thing in Scotland, seemed to be specific to London at the time.
