It's been a long few months trying to find a new home and manage everything, so I have barely had any energy to be social. Finally found a new home and we are moving in six weeks. Hope you all have been doing well. Thanks for all the comments, I appreciate each of you! Have a great weekend.

Ah yeah I’ve got plenty of stories about neighbours from years past, one of my neighbours atm is a complete melt, thankfully their house is up for sale, but it’s not sold yet. So I’m having to endure his stupidity a bit longer.

Thanks Mark! Yeah, it's been especially stressful because our new neighbors are the reason we are moving. 9 years in this duplex, but never had issues with neighbours until now.. But it's just a sign to move on, literally. :)
