### Simple recipe: 1. Ingredients (for 4 people): - Ground meat: 500 grams - Medium onion: 1 piece (grated and drained) - Salt, black pepper, turmeric: as needed - Infused saffron (optional): 1 tablespoon - Oil: for frying - Tomatoes (optional): 2 pieces 2. Steps: - Mix the grated onion with the meat, spices and saffron and knead well until it becomes sticky. - Heat the pan with a little oil. - Spread the meat mixture on the bottom of the pan (about 1 cm thick). - Reduce the heat to medium and when one side is fried, cut it into squares or triangles and fry the other side. - Halve the tomatoes and fry in the same pan. 3. Serving: - Serve with Sangak bread or rice, vegetables, yogurt and pickled cucumbers.
