Classic Hugo Spritz recipe: Combine 2oz elderflower liqueur, 4 mint leaves, 4oz Prosecco, 2oz soda water. Muddle mint, add ice, stir gently. Garnish with lime wheel & mint sprig. Light, floral & refreshing - perfect for summer! 🍹
