Sweet potatoes don’t grow in water culture 🤣 If you cut the stem, roots will grow from below, and when you plant that in soil, that’s when the sweet potatoes start to form. You can technically eat the stem right now… but after watching it grow in guppy poop water, I don’t really feel like eating it 🤣🤣
