often people are not comfortable saying no quickly e.g. they don't want to hurt your feelings

if you know it's not a yes, rather give a quick no. there's no need for multiple calls/meetings trying to turn a maybe into a yes

As you get older there are many fcks you stop giving and the basic healthy boundary of a NO is life changing and makes life so simple and removes energy vampires from the picture lol
