Why does "EST. Monthly $ALFA REWARDS" decrease every day when the number of channel subscribers remains constant?

Global ALFA rewards are tied to global volume. The less volume, the less ALFA is issued. 

A lot of subscriptions were stopped over the weekend which has dropped global ALFA issuance. With our changes tomorrow we expect this to go back up quickly.
