Didn’t want to let go of my son tonight while putting him to bed. 🥲😭 He’ll be going to his grandparents tomorrow and they’ll be keeping him while we travel to NFTParis. Any tips for parents with mad separation anxiety from their little ones?

FaceTimes do help for sure, but also, maybe ask grandparents to send a couple little updates w a photo or short video throughout the day? Even just a couple can be suuuper helpful for us parents struggling w our own separation anxiety.
