This isn't happening because of "left wing terrorist networks", it's happening because ICE is being pushed out of its element without proper training and kitted out for violence. They're ill prepared and being actively encouraged by DHS leadership on up to the Whitehouse to be as brutal as they can, directly and indirectly.
