Ethereum dev Péter Szilágyi clashed with foundation exec Tomasz Stańczak. Szilágyi revealed the foundation offered $5M for Geth to go independent, but his team refused. Earlier, $5M was given to Parity to reduce reliance on Geth. Stańczak denied plans to remove Geth, praising its team and pledging continued support.
