There's such a difference between planting in the ground and planting in a pot. I'm pretty sure the subtle electrical activity of the earth is crucial for beneficial, fungus growth.

yes! you're right and treading on a moot aspect (electroculture/electrophysiology) i personally believe electrical impulses are a part and absolute necessity for living organisms (also vibrations) the impacts are not yet fully understood, enthusiasts are still scratching skulls

I met a fellow who who was able to grow rishi mushrooms in an artificial hydroponic environment. He said he had to provide a low current for it to grow. Since then I have been experimenting with electro-culture still early to report any definitive results.

fascinating, what's your hydroponic setup? i would like to see the results when it's time how do you feel about documenting the process on paragraph.xyz? might be a science paper if your efforts yield a sustainable outcome
