Got an opportunity to try some lab grown chicken by Upside Foods. Animal cells are grown in a nutrient dense vat to grow animal protein. This process uses less water and doesn’t emit methane. All the dishes were processed with other ingredients and spices but the texture was pretty accurate. Would you eat it?

I mean it was heavily processed with other ingredients but it was passable for ground chicken. It was a bit spongier.
