Today I shipped updates across the NexArt SDK, CLI, and production node.

CLI 0.9.0
Node 0.15.0
We now have deterministic replay for controlled CodeMode snapshots, public key discovery, admin-protected retention verification, and the signing-key foundation deployed dormant.
