gm gm ... Hope everyone is having a great week end, mine has been busy with the family and working on Nexart. Still early on in the partnership but it s becoming real and when a partner ( well... almost ) asked an interesting question , it made me rethink a small but important part of nexart so i spent the last couple of day updating the protocol , the master and slaves sdk , the cli, the certification node, and finalising all my methods statement .... It is awesome that it does get that busy but it is a lot of work, and will definitely need to onboard people if it carry on like this .. Now the fun side of it ... I am currently bootstrapped, and until the money come in, I cant afford to employ someone so few options: - stay bootstrapped, keep doing the hours until it is safe to start employing someone. Loads of hours, but doing a 360 work so picking up and learning some of the area I am less familiar with .. - seek seed money , but giving 10% ish of my company on a lowball offer is not appealing to me, especially when the product is there, getting traction, and not dependent of cashflow to survive. But implementation gets done quicker... - Push back on implementation better features until later on to save time, BUT your product is less complete and it is harder to convince my ICP If you have any recommendation.... let me know
