I've been thinking a lot about one question:
If AI takes an action or makes a decision, how do we prove what actually happened, and let someone else verify it independently?
That led me to create AIEF, the AI Execution Integrity Framework.
It's open for public review, and I built http://aief.dev to make it easier to explore.
Now there's also a free self-assessment to see where your organisation stands and what execution-evidence gaps you may have:

http://assessment.aief.dev
The goal: get us thinking not only about what AI should do, but how we prove what it actually did.
