We released @nexart/signals.
Why we built it:
AI decisions should not be recorded in isolation. Builders need a simple way to capture which governance protocol, review model, or upstream process shaped a decision — and preserve that as evidence.
@nexart/signals makes that context structured, portable, and sealable into a CER.
