Day 8 of Detoxification Diet after leaving hospital for my third Rhabdomyolysis scare! 

General Health
-Lost 13lbs in the first week 💜
-Blood Pressure has dropped significantly (possibly able to stop medication) 💜

Rhabdomyolysis- search for cure
-Two BTB medical visits (MD, Neurologist)
-Schedule MRIs, Nurve Tests, Bloodwork 
-Upcoming Genetic Test

Wow man. My CK numbers were off the charts the first two times. This time I was only at 19k which is high enough to shut down my kidneys. All they could do is flush  me out for five days and hope for the best. All I did was bench and chest flies. Bench 85-185 (4) sets. Can’t believe that low of weight did that.

Happened to my friend when I took him to the gym and we did a really intense workout.  Happened to me when I had some major arm inflammation and the tissue broke down, made it through though

It really is. I need to find out why I’m getting this over even if I’m lifting lightweight. Going to cost me a pretty penny but I have to lift to stay healthy
