I’m a big fan of homemade chirachi bowls and they are really easy. Made a salmon and kampachi chirashi bowl tonight for dinner, it was really easy. 1.) Find a local Japanese market with quality sashimi grade fish and buy what looks good. 2.) Make sushi rice. 3.) Add pickles/seaweed salad. 4.) Enjoy a great meal
