One more protein is missing….Let me know what’s missing so I can get it. I want this body to work/function like a machine. I want my brain to be able to come up with campaign plans/strategies in split seconds. Omo nothing concern poor man and balance diet oh! All I can say is that, the cost of living wan Kpai the living…. Things are really expensive. Anytime I spend money on food, I always go broke!
