It's interesting to see that ever since @rish's announcement the other day, Farcasters have gone into a frenzy. I mean, the community call by @cassie was so well attended it briefly broke Farcaster. It shows that what was built here over the last few years matters to people. Not just the tech, but mostly the culture and the vibes. I really hope @farcaster makes the right choice in who they hand stewardship over to. The speculation of who could or should be the next buyer, I have thoughts on that... This should not just be a matter of the highest bidder. That would be a shame. If it's not from within, from the vibes I've seen since yesterday, I think die-hards like me will jump ship if it's some external party. And yes, jumping ship would mean just continuing on the forked side. I think hypersnap would quickly become the real Farcaster and Snapchain not more than an empty shell. All the 37 bulders will likely not accept just anyone. Anybody having thoughts on this? Or insights on how this will be handled?
