allotment

Spent a few good hours at the /allotment today. Daughter helped to harvest strawberries, and we've come back with quite a few punnets full! We harvested a lot, but there's still loads coming all over the plot. 😻🍓

Also planted a pumpkin into the ground, and other assorted tasks.

How are your plots doing?

Nothing fresher than homemade smoothies from homegrown strawberries! 

Blended with bananas, greek yoghurt, milk, organic honey (infused with lavender), and vanilla extract. Absolute refreshment after a hard day toiling at the /allotment!

Yes do it all 👏 i make syrup, jam, ice cream, smoothies, pie. I make it all lol. Im full from eating about 2 quarts after dinner for dessert. They are so sweet i can't stop until i have over eaten and now im regretting it 😫

Thanks Fairy! Yes it was awesome, got to do it more! Have to admit that I don't often make smoothies.

I want to make some jam from some of the strawbz too, but smoothies are quicker and such a recharger after a hot day out.
