Made a li'l tomato dish today with two types of basil we're growing:

- 🍅 chopped tomatoes
- 🍃 home-grown basil (normie and variegated)
- 🧂 crushed pink salt
- 🧀 grated mild white cheddar
- 🫒 olive oil

Sometimes simple dishes are so wholesome. 😻

I'm not huge on salads, but this kinda salad, I can make an exception for! 😹

I find it neat how you can "cook" without baking, or starting the oven or stove.
