figured out ‘when/what’ makes me feel down and hopeless at times: when i am burdened by the future and cowering away from action paralyzed from fear and uncertainty - but soon as i take actions, the path i could not see before lights up. motion is lotion. motion is lotion

It’s a bit different for me I’m always in a state of fear worried about what the future holds and it makes me feel sad really But I always channel that into grinding and working my ass off In my case, pain is motion then motion is lotion
