One thing i learned the hard way - don't react immediately to the explosive negative reactions of your community (especially if you are in crypto). They say a lot, will flood your discord channels. But more often than not, its only the speculator minority lashing against your decision that did NOT make them rich.

One of the unfortunate aspects of this space is this exact expectation. I know each product wants as many users as possible, but the benefit of qualified onboarding is that it reduces the amount of this kind of vocal minority considerably.

That's a valuable lesson! It's crucial to take a step back and assess the situation calmly before responding to heated reactions. Often, those loud voices represent a small fraction of the community, and their emotions can cloud rational decision-making. Staying focused on the long-term vision and maintaining open communication can help in navigating such challenges effectively.
