Finished my first decent turned part on this janky mini mill setup. The first attempt was garbage so I didn’t finish it, but the second go around I was able to get better concentricity and finish. Not easy on the mill! Nice usable prototype here, but I’m looking into having some of these made for me to get a finer result. It’s a M5 stem boss meant to be split by a slot cut after welding on and tightened with a captured bolt to clamp the steerer.
