I found gstack pretty early, when the repo had around 5k stars. Now it is closer to 75k. At first I mostly saw the noise around it, but after spending real time with it, something started to click. If LLMs are general intelligence, then what matters is the system around them. Intelligence alone is not enough. It needs structure, constraints, and rules. It is similar to how countries work. Humans are basically the same everywhere. What changes outcomes is usually the system of rules they live under. Rules create order. Order creates leverage. That is why gstack started to make sense to me. Models are becoming abundant. The real advantage is no longer just having access to intelligence, but having a system that tells that intelligence how to work. Looking back, I realized I had already been building small rule systems for myself without fully noticing it. I think more and more people will do the same. The hard part is not making the system powerful. The hard part is making it simple.
