Very curious to what extent aliens' sense of morality will align with (or even be in any way legible to our own).  Will very fundamental ideas in most human cultures - not to murder, not to steal, notions of fairness - be fundamental to the aliens? Or will they have different

Some education styles also show that focusing on cooperation instead of competition, avoiding easy success metrics, and implement "real" democratic environments lead to cohesive and stable individuals. Some of these styles exist for more than a century (e.g. Summerhill) and was very popular in the US in the 60s.
