Happiness comes in small moments. It comes and goes, and by nature, itβs not meant to stayβbut to arrive in waves. Knowing itβs always just around the corner is comforting. My kids are happiness. Watching a plant grow and bloom, eating something incredibly delicious, getting into a good show, being in flow while creating artβthese are happiness too. There are many people and events that can bring you joy, but true happiness only comes when you first accept yourself and embrace the wave-like nature of reality
