Got a new one on the way :) question for parents of 2+ kids:

- what are the highest-impact logistic hacks I can think about in advance?
- especially in the first few months, what was your experience with childcare (babysitter v nanny v inhouse etc)

Thank you for this, it was a very thoughtful response. We're beyond lucky with our daughter, she potty trained herself overnight and is already in a big bed (not sleeping through the night yet, but hey)

I think she'll love taking care of the new arrival, but making her feel taken care of too is something that I'll pay special attention to
