Vibed out a landing page in 2.5h on Thursday using an old design and skipping Figma for code. If you’re a designer, it’s worth trying just to feel how good it is to go from idea to real thing without the handoff dance 💃

It's fun; the one comment I have is about "skipping Figma" because (at least for now):

- it doesn't have cross-project tokens / components 
- it doesn't provide even the simplest guide for devs (or yourself) to reference later

but maybe these are incoming 

ps is this a real product 👀

Where it really filled the gap for me was on the front-end side, especially with the little moments of delight and UI details that usually get lost or feel off. Those finally came out closer to how I imagined them. I did another one just for fun: https://proof-of-pope.lovable.app/

Love how you can run with any idea and have it live in a day or less!

I can say I used it successfully a couple times at prototyping stage, it does a great job of "covering the bases" and laying out most necessary affordances and details

Totally fair. I still really like Figma, this one was more of a vibe sprint, but yeah, skipping it comes with tradeoffs. Curious to see if lovable fills some of those gaps over time 🙃
