Then add gamified leaderboards. Where users who spend the most/earn the most in the app earn some $amps tokens on a recurring cadence 

Add a review before casting option for people who are skeptical of what's being recasted

Add quote recasts/likes/casts in as well. Likes can be automatic. For quote casts and normal casts money maybe goes to an escrow until the post is fulfilled

If a user holds a certain amount of $amps they get a recurring budget to spend on amps.fun for free

sounds great! curious question: where does the free money for the recurring budget come from? There is no "free money" so who is paying/funding?

Best way I think would be to have a network of accounts that are willing to recast for free a set amount of times for the people who hold x amount of amps. Could be phil, and other big amps token holders. Since this gives utility to the amps token there's an incentive to offer free recasts for Phil and other amps token holders
