Sometimes it's better to sit quietly instead of drowning in annoying thoughts and fantasies and allow ourselves to accept all the flows of life as they are. Letting go means trusting the process; perhaps the best things happen when we think less and live more... Perhaps the beauty of life is in not touching any of its highs or lows, not giving wings to its unhappiness, and being happy with every joy a hundred times over...! :)) Good morning🤍
