wholesome wfh lunch for stressful days: salmon + rice cooked entirely in a rice cooker, added some dashi and mirin in the pot to season. topped with curry sesame seeds & spicy mayo. accompanied with kimchi, avocado & crispy seaweed sheets ๐ฅฐ
