I understand, I have the same problem, there are many things I need to do but I keep putting them off

Yes, doing a little everyday helps build discipline

I’ve tried, but it doesn’t help.
I’m very scattered and keep forgetting to write things down.
I think it’s really a matter of discipline and consistency I need to do at least a little every day.

Maybe making a to-do list might be helpful
