My dream is to be able to read all my favorite authors in their original languages.

Among the exquisitely rich German literature, my favorite author is Hermann Hesse. His works are endlessly rich and he was not just an eloquent writer, but also a philosopher and seeker.

The Glass Bead Game is another favorite of my, but Steppenwolf remains the uttermost for me. 🥰

I love Herman Hesse! "Demian" and "Steppenwolf" moved me a lot in my adolescence. I have recently read "Narcissus Goldmund" and began to read "The Glass Bead Game". It must be amazing to read him in its original language. ♥
