have you seen the recent Joe Rogan episode? He says "Master Grief is a government lab dog, and the Flood was just trying to evolve us. Alright, hear me out. Everyone worships this guy, Master Grief. But nobody’s asking the REAL questions. What if the Covenant weren’t the bad guys? What if they were trying to protect the galaxy from a militarized super-soldier addicted to war, trauma, and following orders? He's been juiced up since he was like six years old, ripped from his family, pumped full of chemicals, given armor worth more than some planets’ GDP. He's a biological weapon that doesn’t ask questions. He literally wiped out entire civilizations that didn’t align with human military interests. And let’s talk about the Flood for a second. Yeah, they look gross. They’re gooey and spiky and they scream a lot. But what if? and I know this sounds crazy, what if they’re a natural part of evolution? Like, a cosmic immune system?
