user base is a concentrated demographic of devs, hard to build mini-apps for devs. And even though its for the devs by the devs, devs dont have any tools or marketing support to actually take their apps from 0 to 1

fwiw a lot of early ecosystems tend to be like this - very dev-aligned in the early days.

Gradually as platforms grow, the weighting shifts towards regular users
